1. Scope of Services

thezeroprof provides digital engineering and custom software development services, including Next.js web development, custom booking systems, direct-to-consumer e-commerce storefronts, business operations dashboards, and WhatsApp automation bots.

2. Code Ownership & Intellectual Property

Unlike proprietary SaaS platforms or agency retainers with vendor lock-in, thezeroprof transfers 100% intellectual property rights and full source code ownership to the client upon full payment of agreed project milestones.

3. Payment & Deliverables

Project timelines, milestones, and payment schedules are documented in each statement of work. Payments may be processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) or Stripe.

4. Limitation of Liability

thezeroprof provides code and digital solutions in accordance with professional software standards. Clients are responsible for maintaining backups and operational credentials once access has been handed over.
